Reef Shark Suite - ( Sea View)

Crocodile Villa (Sea View)
This 2-bedroom suite in Ambergris Caye has a private balcony with outdoor dining, overlooking the resort grounds and the Caribbean Sea. It's located on the second floor of the guest house and is fully furnished, air-conditioned, and has a large living area with a smart TV. The full-size kitchen has everything you need, and both bedrooms have queen beds, closets, and balcony access. There's also a double outdoor shower. Guests get 10% off at the Restaurant and Bar and free access to various amenities, including Wi-Fi, bicycles, paddleboards, and kayaks. The Concierge Team is available to assist with daily activities and local recommendations.
Sea Turtle Suite - (Sea/Pool View)
This One Bedroom unit is great for a small family of 3, located on the first floor of the main house and right in front of the resort pool. Quick access to the beach, and a highly-regarded restaurant, Aji Tapa Restaurant & Bar, is just a few feet away. The fully furnished unit features a living area with a sofa bed and a smart TV, a bedroom with a King bed and bedside tables, a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, coffee maker, mini-fridge, dining table, and microwave. The unit is air-conditioned and has hot and cold water. The pier and dock are just a few meters beyond the restaurant, perfect for fishing, swimming, or snorkeling.
Sting Ray Suite (Sea/Pool View)
This 1 bedroom suite on the ground floor of our guest house is perfect for couples looking for relaxation and privacy. It's just steps away from our popular on-site restaurant, Aji Tapa Restaurant & Bar. The suite has great views of the pool, beach, and Caribbean Sea. Guests can easily access the pool, beach, and water activities like kayaking and paddle boarding. The unit is fully air-conditioned and furnished, with a living area featuring a smart TV and a separate bedroom with a king bed and safe. The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery, utensils, coffee maker, mini-fridge, dining table, and microwave, and hot and cold water is available.
TARPON (Entrance-Garden View)
This is a one-bedroom casita located beside a mangrove forest that separates the property from the seafront. Despite being close to the main road, it's peaceful and quiet. The cabin features a living area, kitchen, separate bedroom, and one bathroom. The bedroom has air conditioning and a king-size bed, while the living area has a flat-screen TV with local cable programming. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, stove, coffee maker, and refrigerator, and there's hot and cold water available. The private veranda is perfect for relaxing before heading to the on-site restaurant or the seafront, which is just a short walk away.
BARRACUDA (Entrance-Garden View)
The One Bedroom Casita is a spacious cabin located in front of the onsite lagoon, offering easy beach access and privacy. It features a fully air-conditioned bedroom with a king bed, a living area with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with essential appliances, and a private veranda. Guests can enjoy 10% off at the onsite restaurant and bar, Aji Tapa, and have access to free amenities such as Wi-Fi, bicycles, paddleboards, kayaks, lounge chairs, and beach towels. The concierge team is available from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm to assist with daily activities and local recommendations. Golf cart parking is only a few feet away, and the property is in proximity to downtown San Pedro.
BoneFish - (Sea/Pool View)
This cabin is conveniently located near the entrance of the resort grounds, with easy access to parking and the main road leading to San Pedro Town. It is one of three cabins on the property, separated by a small lagoon from the beach. Despite its proximity to the road, it is quiet and fully equipped for your stay.
